Timely Delivery
We ensure timely delivery of all our orders. Once the order is placed, we make sure you receive the product within the timeframe committed to you.
Products are shipped all over Pakistan via reputed courier partners and should reach you within 5 to 7 working days.
Easy Returns
We offer 7 days’ return & exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with any product you’ve received, you can easily return it.
What are the return conditions?
The following conditions are to be kept in mind at the time of returning a product:
- The product delivered is not as expected or advertised.
- The product delivered is of the wrong size/specification/color.
You can return/exchange it within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Size Exchange Policy
If the item is available in stock we do replace sizes, however we do not accept returns based on incorrect size however as size charts are provided with every item hence, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they order the correct size.
For size replacements, a fee of 200 is charged for repackaging and return handling, along with a 300 PKR delivery fee (it may vary as per the quantity). Your replacement will be dispatched once your return is received by us.
Before shipping anything back to us, kindly coordinate if a return is possible because replacements are contingent on whether we have the product available in stock!
Please note that all returned/exchanged products shall meet the following conditions:
- Items shall be in the same condition with complete packaging
- Product shall not be used and damaged
Please note: in case of return, we will not refund the initial shipping costs or the return shipping costs. Also, there will be no returns & exchanges during special promotion and sale period.
